Oscar Salas

Oscar Salas is Chief Winemaker at Terra Andina. He is graduated from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile as Agricultural Engineer with mention in Pomology and Enology.  After living in the US,  he worked as viticultor for some years before joining named wineries in Chile ( Santa Rita and Cousino Macul ) and the US ( Hartford family wines ).  Oscar works at the vineyards the whole growing season, being responsible of 10 red and 5 white varieties located in more than 25 different vineyards in a 1300 kms range along the country.

He makes the wine using innovative skills and ultimate technology taking care of the whole winemaking process from the crushing of the grapes to the bottle.

Natalia Poblete

A gradate in Winemaking from the Universidad Católica’s Faculty of Agronomy, Natalia has an interesting range of experience working with harvests in Chile and abroad: In Chile she has worked with Cousiño Macul and De Martino wineries, while in California she worked with Napa Valley’s Atalon Winery, part of the Kendall Jackson Family Wines group.

She has performed other activities in addition to her professional work—as a staff member at the Wine Gala, sales and promotional assistant with Chilevinos, promoter and publicist of the DICTUC Centro de Aromas, to name a few.

She joined Terra Andina as a winemaker in 2009.
